I'll be making a trip to Macedonia this summer for my brother-in-law's wedding, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any sites that cater to visitors, showing things such as the natural wonders of the area, as well as some of the historical attractions.

I know about the fortress in Skopje and the Via Egnatia, and I've seen some pictures of Struga, but I've been reading and hearing so much about so many various finds in the Balkans in general, I'm quite sure I've gotten some mixed up.

I'm specifically thinking of something like Montenegro Smiles (yes, I know that's in a completely different country; I meant that's what I'm looking for, but for Macedonia), but anything with good pictures and a somewhat comprehensive list of attractions would be LURVELY!

Ah...that's where I'm going (Skopje).

I'm thinking the museums'll be a MUST HIT, too. :D

I know that Ohrid is said to be a wonderful place with both history and nature. It is the site of the ancient patriarchy of Ohrid, with churches and monasteries, and has a beautiful lake.
